IMS Relocates Houston Office to Fifth Floor

Nearly two years after opening the doors to its office location inside suite 130 on Southwest Freeway, IMS-Houston has moved to a larger suite to better accommodate its growing staff and clients.

The Houston office is now located in suite 500 of the same building. The relocation gives IMS-Houston nearly 1,800 additional square feet and includes office space, a conference room, receptionist area and a kitchenette.

“We are excited about our growth in the Houston area,” said Devin Jones, Director of Business Development. “Harris County and the City of Houston have really embraced us, and we are proud to call this home.

We are currently working on several major infrastructure improvement projects here, including the Northwest Purification Treatment Plant expansion.” Other recently awarded projects in the area include, Hurricane Harvey Damage Assessments, Bammel Road improves, Costal Water Authority and Gray Taft area improvements.

“We look forward to continuing to provide services that move people and communities forward,” said Jones. The IMS-Houston office is led by Southwest Region Vice President Edward “Ed” Quiroz. A senior certified project manager, Quiroz has nearly 30 years of engineering design, specializing in pump/lift.
